Public Notice: Decision on the representation arrangements for the election of the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council to be held on 8 October 2022

Date: 7 April 2022

In accordance with section 19R of the Local Electoral Act 2001, the Local Government Commission has determined the representation arrangements for the election of the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council to be held on 8 October 2022.

In order to provide effective representation of communities of interest and fair representation for electors of Hawke’s Bay region, the Commission has determined that:

The Council will comprise 11 councillors elected as follows:
