A proposal was initiated by two residents of Rodney District for an area of land in Rodney District to be transfered to Kaipara District.

Otorohanga District and Waitomo District

A proposal to merge the Otorohanga and Waitomo Districts to form a King Country District was initiated by the Waitomo District Council.

Financial Analysis - Beattie Rickman Report 111K

Correction to Financial Study Report
On 12 September 2003 the Commission received advice from Beattie Rickman of an error in its report on the financial analysis for review of Otorohanga and Waitomo Districts. The error is not material to the Commission's decisions and findings on the review of the Otorohanga and Waitomo Districts, and it has no impact on the various decision documents issued by the Commission.   Corrections to the report 57K

The deadline for submissions on the review of the Otorohanga and Waitomo districts is extended to 22 February 2002.
